We look for all our board members to demonstrate interest or experience in any of
the following:

• Willingness to develop a working knowledge of the Kailua-Kona area libraries.
• Previous leadership roles in non-profit, volunteer, or other business environments.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment and to take ownership of an
  area of responsibility.
• Willingness to develop relationships with other non-profit community groups.
• Experience with non-profit fundraising.
